From our needs, troubleshooter and downloads plugins would also be useful. They'd also be quite a neat feature for the worker interface too. Level 1 techs could follow a troubleshooter pathway with a client. A pool of downloads could be used to send attachments to clients if needed. Downloads could be restricted by SLA or custom field etc.

His other suggestion, the troubleshooter pathway, is covered in two other long-standing requests: CHD-426 and CHD-878 .
