Add Address Custom Fields to Registration.

Need to update my patch for http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/browse/CHD-1782 to take that into account.

In 5.2, the SC has multiple login adapters (email+pass, OpenID, LDAP, etc). Each adapter handles its own version of the registration process, since the data may be available in an external datastore. When a user is registered, they still need to verify an email address, which will prompt for all the information requested on this issue (per address). Each address may be associated with a different organization.
