The recent change to exclude the list of buckets in the 'Waiting' section might be problematic for some users. This change occurred once we decided to leave the 'Open' section in always-expanded mode to show all buckets. 'Waiting' now only shows a list of groups with the ticket count, but there is no way to break it down by bucket counts.

For my specific workflow, buckets are only really useful if I can see at a glance how many tickets are in them :) This would be an instant visual indication of current workload for certain buckets. I can have buckets that are collection points for certain things like orders and payments. These 2 buckets should always have the same number of tickets in so I can see that each order has a payment. These tickets at the same time need to be in waiting reply status because a customer can email extra information in about their order which goes into the order ticket.

A couple of people in the forums relied on the old Overview functionality and I've open up two requests on their behalf. Since 4.1 is still relatively fresh and there's not too many complaints yet, but I'd expect more questions on this as users get familiar with 4.1. I'll point them to these two issues to vote up, so we can gauge popularity a bit better.

This is much improved with the subtotals functionality in 5.4
