One of the relatively recent additions (4.1?) was the 'Notes' tab on the Organization display page. Notes here work similarly to sticky notes on tickets. A user requested the ability to search these from somewhere. I think the natural spot would be the 'Quick Search' or just the sidebar filter. I'm not sure if this is a problem since 'Notes' is not included as a valid field (or column) so perhaps it's not possible.

I doubt they both would run off the same underlying code, but if we fix one perhaps we have reason to tackle the other.

We probably need a way to display comment views and allow filtering. This means comments should also have their own search index.
