 Description
If several people are watching a queue more then 1 person can start working on the issue by mistake. It would be nice if I could see someone else was accessing the ticket so we both don't take a ticket and really fubar thing up with both of us tiring to fix and issue.

thanks
Robert

This would be very nice, or at least do as the old cerberus did, and say who else is viewing that ticket at that time.

There is a warning when you reply to a ticket owned by someone else. And when someone is replying, an unassigned ticket is temporarily assigned to them for the duration of the reply.

Jeff,

It is nice to know that well you are replying to a ticket it assigns the ticket to you and will show an alert if anyone else goes to view the ticket. That is nice but I also think this feature will be nice as well.

Thanks
Robert
