When you reply to a ticket it by default sets "Waiting For Reply" that should be a configuable option.

In my group by default we want tickets to stay open but I could see that Waiting For Reply makes since in other places. I think making it a setting option would be an nice improvement allowing the users to make that choice.

Also need the setting to effect the "Open Ticket" and "Send Email" as well. It might be nice to have settings for all 3 but one globe would work for most.

Here is a patch to make this happen. It wont apply clean unless you apply CHD-1421. You might have to do that section by hand.

I submitted a related patch at http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/browse/CHD-1578. That one sets the default site wide and reply's by group.
