 Description   
Since we allowed the helpdesk to parse email from addresses it thinks it owns, the closed-ticket auto reply will send responses to helpdesk addresses, reopening the closed tickets.

We need to copy the logic from Mail.php on checking for helpdesk addresses before we send out a closed-ticket autoreply.
