Summary:
when looking at a ticket in the "conversation" tab, move the maximise/minimise buttons across closer to the name. Most of the UI interaction is on the left side of the screen - it would be nice (esp on a wide monitor) to not have to move all the way across to the other edge to show a ticket

I'll think about what we can do there. The advantage of being right-aligned is they're always in the same place. If they were dependent on the length of the requester they could move around.
