Allow group managers control over group member workspaces / views / etc

That way a manager could create the personal workspaces for all his workers and then lock them from being edited later.

can we have a permission to stop people from editing thier workspaces
i cant count the amount of times i get called to a workers pc because they have fiddled with thier views and cant see all the right tickets.

if i use the existing permission you simply cant use worklists...

i want to be able to set them up and lock them off..
