The "Save Changes" buttons could be grayed out when there aren't any changes to save (for example, when 'peeking' at a ticket)

Reports like this are too nebulous. The issue could be about the peek dialog specifically, but if it's "in general" it's not actionable.

If you want to make a list of where this should happen, go for it.

Okay, let's just say the issue is specifically about the "peek" dialog since that's where
we see a block of non-editable text, with a "save changes" button underneath.

Not a big problem, just looks strange to me. :)

This is #27 on the big list of suggestions. If we fix it let that thread know as it's a good "catch all" for updates.
