It should provide the ability to make a single hotkey that, for example:
* Marks the Opp Closed+Won
* Unassigns
* Sets a custom field 'last contacted' to 'now'.
With some work, it should also be possible to send templates from a macro.
This would save a lot of tedious clicking around when managing leads, and the actions could be reused on bulk update (and potentially Opp workflow filters).
