Cerberus Helpdesk

Block Worker reply proxying if "x-mailer" header indicates Cerberus Helpdesk

Created: 24/Aug/09 12:08 PM   Updated: 07/Apr/11 12:52 AM
Fix Version/s: An Ounce of Prevention

Original Estimate: Unknown Remaining Estimate: Unknown Time Spent: Unknown

 Description
Since some workers insist on adding helpdesk email addresses as alternate addresses to their accounts, it would help prevent customer spamming to not proxy replies to requesters if they were sent by cerb itself. There are potential issues with another instance sending mail, but that seems unlikely.

This isn't an ideal solution. Something better will come along.
