Summary:
Ever since the CHD-1442 fix to add editing capabilities to the Opportunities address, the Helpdesk no longer appears to pre-fill the address when creating Opportunities off a ticket. This makes it very easy to forget to fill in that text and if you do happen to forget the worklist below drops out of view.
To restore it you can simply click the 'Opportunities' tab again. Doesn't seem to have any negative consequences but it is an annoying quirk.
Steps:
0) From a 4.3.1 build (since the CHD-1442 change)
1) Click into a ticket and go to the "Opportunities" tab.
2) Click 'Add Opportunity' and notice the E-mail field is not filled.
3) Save changes anyway.
Result:
Worklist below button drops out of view.

I'm guessing a decent fix is to prefill the addresses again where possible (as in ticket display vs. activity). The ideal fix would be to not allow you to save without an e-mail address.
