Created: 13/Oct/09 02:22 PM   Updated: 25/Apr/10 10:53 AM
Fix Version/s: 5.0 RC1

Original Estimate: Unknown Remaining Estimate: Unknown Time Spent: Unknown
Environment: 4.3.1 new Helpdesk Setup, Workers tab.

 Description
Summary:
The worklist is replaced with this message:

DAO_Worker(486):You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1

Steps:
1) In 'helpdesk setup', Workers click 'Add Worker'.
2) Do not enter an 'E-mail' address (fill in the rest of the info if you'd like).
3) Save changes.

Result:
Error appears on screen.

Note:
This isn't breaking to the point of no recovery, a tab refresh fixes it.
