 Description   
Sorry if this is a dupe, I've done a fair bit of searching but couldn't find this request.

One of the big things we are missing is an export option on reports a good example being "time spent per organisation" if this could be exported as either a CSV then it would be far more usable.

"I'd like a report or export option that lets me choose X number of lines, and group by dept, requester, or any other field. Example: Folks with open tickets in XYZ group, ordered by subject or requester, first 10 lines of text each, stripped header info. Perhaps this could be expanded to allowing you to pick ranges of lines; eg, to specify lines 10 through 20 of text if I don't need the "from" info at the top."
