Description

Looking at the database tiring to figure out what was happing in ~~CHD-1495~~ I noticed my Notifications database was over 10,000 items in it. It looks like you need a process to clean out that database on a regular bases.

Simple patch to daily mantaince to clean up notifcations that have been read and were created at least a week ago.

Fixed in 5.0 RC1
