Summary:
Currently, if there's an Org defined for a requester, the org name is displayed next to the requesters name (or email address) in the conversation tab of a ticket.
I'd like to replace that with the custom field of "phone", since we use Cerberus internally, and we all work for the same organization. I know we can click on the requester's name and find the field in the peek window, but we frequently need to call the users for more information or to talk them through a procedure or whatnot, so phone is more useful than Org.
I was thinking in general it might be nice to be able to pick which requester field(s) are displayed after the name - lots of space there on my screen.
