Search does not honour group access r...
|

|
Summary:
Not sure if this is intentional or not but it almost seems like a loophole. Users in the forums have noticed that running a "Quick Search" does not add the group filters on its own to restrict your ticket list down to only groups you have membership with. In other words, they don't want their everyday workers seeing "access denied" tickets when they run a quick search.
Traditional 'mail' search does force the group filters on you, even with the 'reset' link, should "Quick Search" work the same way?
Steps:
0) Using a worker who is NOT a member of all groups.
1) In the 'mail' section run a quick search of any type.
Result:
Notice the group filters are not added by default.
