Fix Version/s: 5.0 RC1

 Description
Mailparse seems to be the biggest missing module that people have issue with and it only seems to show up when importing emails. It would be nice to have a warning.

PS. Please either give it a release or close.

Thanks
Robert

As you know Robert and I basically share free support duties in Town Hall, and this is a very good suggestion. This problem comes up all the time, I know at least two times in the last couple of weeks in fact.

What usually happens is after a PHP upgrade by their shared hosting plans wrecks their mailparse extension, they suddenly stop getting mail and are confused. They'll pop into chat and after some talking we have them go to the server checker in /debug and it's always "mailparse is not installed".

This would save the customers time during the diagnosis phase and us some time from answering the same questions constantly in chat.
