Summary:
A forum user would like to see the "Back" button in the browser properly refresh the ticket last to the page he was on (instead of the first page). Similarly in my opinion it would make sense to also do the same thing when clicking back to the 'mail' section.
I spoke with Hildy@WGM about this before filing and he did warn me that it was intentional design since the (home) Workspaces do exhibit this behavior. Because the forum requester was planning to file this on his own, I saved him the trouble and warned him that it may never see the light of day. But here is the request for our personal records to gauge any potential demand.
