[Broadcast] Set the status for the ticket to be opened with (open/waiting/closed), otherwise newly created tickets constantly fill inboxes during a broadcast.

Verified change made in the dev builds. For those confused, we added the status (open/waiting for reply/closed) to the "compose" part of broadcast from any address-based list. That way you have the option of "hiding" the new tickets you just created from immediately appearing in Overview, Workflow, etc.
