Some of our customers use Out of Office replies which we don't really need in a conversation. In order to delete them, we first have to split the thread, then delete the out of office reply and merge any remaining conversation parts. It could add to the tidiness of a conversation if we could quickly delete an individual without wasting too much time.
I know there is some concern with deleting messages out of the system. What about a simple hide option. Were the messages are hidden out of the conversational view?
