[Address Book] Editing an address throws error on Internet Explorer

Summary:
IE7/8

Steps:
1) On the latest build, go to the address book, click an address to bring up the edit window. Save changes.

Result:
White screen with error appears.

Note:

Must have not cross checked this against Chrome. Same issue, same error.

Made a mistake and re-opened the wrong one. CHD-1764 is the Chrome issue.
