[5.1] The wake up after X amount of time box is gone from the edit popup and peeks of tickets.

 Description   
Edit editing property in the peak/edit popup and selecting "waiting for reply" there is no option to set a date/time to wake up the ticket.

My boss wanted it done so here is a patch to fix this one.

Since the original patch didn't apply to rev133 of http://svn.webgroupmedia.com/cerb5/branches/stable/cerb5 we made a new one after manually integrating the changeset.
Works as exptected now. Thx!

Anyone who used this patch make sure you remove this patch before upgrading to 5.2.2 as my patch isn't the same as the final fix.
