[Context Links] Add context links to the support center. That would make it transpartent who had access and would make adding and remove access very easy.

This would also allow plug-in's the ability to control access as well.

Handled a diff way. Registered contacts still has some issue in my view but there is the ability to allow others to access your tickets.
