So far there's a single report of this occurring, but it's reproducible on several different machines in there environment.
When time permits, we need to create a FreeBSD virtual machine (EC2/etc) and attempt to reproduce the issues independently. If they exist, it warrants further investigation.

As far as I know this was resolved. It had to do with Nginx + HTTP keepalive.
Closing due to inactivity.
