[Comments] Reported issue with adding comments to tasks/tickets

 Description   
From customer:

We're facing an issue with trying to add comments (regular comments to a ticket and also to tasks) in Cerb 5.1

Example test case:
1) Open a ticket
2) Go to the links tab
3) Create a new link->task
4) Assign the task to a user, add "Content"
5) Save the task

The user gets a notification of the task.. but the comment is gone.

I can't reproduce this. The comment on the task works fine for me.

Getting a second opinion.

Probably a local helpdesk issue w/ the 'comment' table.

After a few more reports of problems with comments I would recommend the users check there comment table and make sure that there comment.id is set to auto-increment.

Reopened because there have been several reports of the 'comment' table not having an autoincrement.

I pushed some tweaks for us to observe during future upgrades.
