Description
Right now the bulk update (or ticket view actions) leave you with a white page. It's really just a lot of whitespace from how large the view used to be, but Firefox doesn't resize the viewport. We should use an anchor like #top to compensate for this.
Best way to test this is to make your simulator create 100 spam and then view them 100 at a time as a search. Hit 'check all', Scroll to the bottom in Firefox and click 'Report Spam'. You'll see a white page since FF isn't resizing the viewport.
