Inspired by Gmail Labs "Undo" send feature.
A short time delay (10 seconds?) before a message is sent, giving the agent time to "Undo" sending with a large button next to the send-delay count down.
Useful in case of an error in message composition. Such a feature would offer a little bit more protection from too hasty an agent reply.

This would definitely be possible with queuing outbound messages. I'll link it to that feature request.
