It would speed up work flow if an action could be assigned after an email is dealt with.
Most times when you reply to a ticket, you can set what status you want it to be, or when to re-open, so logically, you'd not want to then go back to the same ticket and then click again to view other tickets.
Same for delete/spam - you've done what you need to, go back to list of tickets.
You may argue that the "popup" viewer can be used instead but there is no one-click for these, so you have to select each task manually and then close (and cannot use shortcut keys with worklists).
It would speed up dealing with emails immensely and whilst we'd only need one action for everything (return to previous list page), it could be more powerful in dealing with "explore" mode in that you reply, moves to next ticket and so on.
