 Description
Feature Request from the forums:

http://www.cerb4.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1167&posted=1#post1167

Summary:
Request for additional places to set the "When would you like to resume this conversation?" (re-open date). The two natural places he alludes to are in:

1) Bulk Update in worklists.
2) Anywhere in the Ticket Display section other than reply (maybe Properties tab). [This way as he states you could close a ticket and set a re-open date without sending a reply]

[[quote]]
Batch close, assign, set due dates

I loooooove being able to put stuff like "Tuesday" in the "When does this ticket next need attention field", but I often want to close things without replying. It would be nice if the batch close button somehow gave me the ability to do that, and also assign a next worker.

The best way to do this would probably be adding a "Close Until" option to the status dropdown. This would show a textbox next to the status dropdown for entering dates like "Tuesday".

CHD-380 requests ability to set when to resume, etc on Note creation.

If watching / voting on CHD-380, please switch to CHD-288.

This is being closed in favor of the existing feature request to add additional places to set the "When would you like to resume this conversation?" (re-open date). This should cover the overall problem of having to reply to set the re-open date.

I think I unwittingly dup'd this in CHD-875?
