Are you *ACTUALLY* sure you want this?

If you put a link to the ticket in the ticket in the watcher email, and a watcher replies with a full quote of the e-mail message, it's going to send your private helpdesk URLs to the recipient.

Exactly how is this a problem? As long as the helpdesk is properly secured, why does it matter if the URL to a ticket is exposed? I'm genuinely curious.
