When clicking send mail in cerberus 4, a configuration or personal setting to turn off notifications for this.

Even though this is really old, it came up in conversation in response to the 4.3 changes with 'Open Ticket'. Apparently "inbound", "outbound" notifications can give you mixed results because of the design using the placeholder message.
