Not sure if this is a bug from the import, or something that is unavoidable, but there are a few orphan replies from agents in the helpdesk to recipients.
I noticed 4 or 5 completely unique single responses that were obviously part of an ongoing thread. (They were replies from our helpdesk, not from a customer)
eg:
IQM 98741 721
and DYP 21789 560

This was from the importer and considered unavoidable. They may be a small bug somewhere in the import process, but there are a lot of safeguards to ensure things import and thread in the right order.
In all probability it was data corruption and inconsistencies from our 5 year old database and using ourselves as guinea pigs on multiple updates that weren't ready.
Since it's so few, a merge would fix this rather than investigating what was inconsistent in our historical DB for 5 things.
