This looks to be out of place especially when viewing on a widescreen monitor at full screen. It seems that a similar placement and look such as the one under the Manage Group [Buckets] section may be more appropriate.
Steps:
1) From the Tickets Dashboard Page click Manage Group
2) Compare the Members and Buckets sections

In the Manage Group [Members] section, the remove options are right justified
