CHD-397 Reports/Time Tracking feedback Minor Closed

 Description
A lot of companies are M-F help desk, the daily reports are VERY jumpy due to sat and sun tracking on daily. There is not enough history for a good monthly report. This is where weekly reports would be very helpful in determining high and low work load time periods.

Thanks,
Mike E.

Notes from Joe@WGM (after re-open)
This obviously affects the "average response time" report, but it also can impact some of the "avg/day" numbers in other report such as "Created Tickets By Group" or "Worker Replies By Date".

DOH!
**Adding Weekly Reports**

Fixed typo. ;) I agree on the daily totals being a bit jumpy. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement here.

I'll talk this one over with Dan@WGM

Include ticket status to the reports as well.

Consolidating Reports requests.

CHD-440 requests a weekly reporting summaries (possible scheduled in some fashion?) (It's also possible he's asking for reports where the interval is a week, not a day... Mike, wanna chime in with some comments on CHD-397?)

If watching/voting on 440, please switch to CHD-397.

Re-opening as part of the CHD-397 cleanup process.

I'm going to change the title and wording a bit since weekly reports technically are not an issue since you can use the calendars to exclude Saturday and Sundays when you want.

But the more important point to emphasize is the difficultly in creating accurate monthly reports that will only include Monday through Friday weeks.
