I voted for this but I also wanted to comment on how useful it would be to be able to attach a PDF (for instance) to a knowlegbase article.

Thanks for your consideration of this.

I will add my comment that we would find this extremely useful for our daily use of Cerberus. This, along with the related http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/browse/CHD-464 (allow attachments on internal comment postings) , are the main two enhancements that we are waiting on before we upgrade our 4.3.1 over to 5.x

Comment by seb nafroth [02/Nov/10 03:30 AM]
postponed for over two years now - but already promised "will be contained in 5.0 for sure". :-(

Since Jeff posted yesterday that the related http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/browse/CHD-464 is implemented in 5.3, does that mean this CHD-450 is also in 5.3??

Comment by Jeff Standen [WGM] [28/Dec/10 11:53 AM]
@Jeff Yeah, internally you can have worker comments with attachments on KB articles. We're also planning to add 'public' comments with attachments, which would be visible to customers.

Implemented in 5.3!
