Summary:
Changing Service Level of e-mail address in Peek dialog does not refresh Overview sidebar
Steps:
1) In the Overview section, find a column in the Worklist that display an e-mail address such as "Last Action", "First Wrote", etc.
2) Observe the current Service Levels values in the sidebars
3) Click an e-mail address and change the Service Level in the Peek dialog
4) Click 'Save Changes' and observe that the sidebar doesn't refresh to update the numbers
5) Click "overview" to see the Service Levels sidebar values change

Overview sidebar is not refreshing when changing Service Levels in Peek

Service Levels don't exist from 4.1+

Closing out. As Jeff said 'service levels', as they once were, have been removed.
