Steps:
1) Using the Opera web browser, click 'tickets' on the top navigation bar to open up the dashboard
2) Observe the sub-navigation bar
Result:
Nav bar is displayed vertically instead of horizontally.
Note:
This seems to an issue on the dashboard no matter what section you're viewing, i.e. organize, search, create ticket
Also does not appear to be affected by window size.

Fixed bug where Opera displayed the Tickets subnavigation stacked in a column with the options above/below eachother instead of side by side. Opera did not like having the TD for the submenu to have a width of 0%. I changed the table that contains the subnavigation and the quick search into a div and used css positioning.
Tested and working in Opera 9.21, Firefox 2.0.0.4, IE6, and Safari 3.0.2 (Windows)

Opera: sub-navigation bar (organize, search, create ticket) within dashboard view is displayed vertically
