Consolidating token requests into a single issue.

CHD-590 requests additional tokens (specifically #mask#) for signatures.

For those watching / voting for 590, please switch to CHD-514.

I'd like to see some form of #Ticket_ID#, for the internal ID, vs the #mask# token.

Assigned to myself. These should be no problem (lots of votes too).

Added:
#ticket_id# - Ticket Internal ID
#sender_first# - Original Sender First Name
#timestamp# - Current Date/Time (RFC-2822 format)

Verified all of the auto-response tokens in the JIRA comments are in as of dev build 812. But many of these have been in for quite some time.

Some of the others requested in the original forum thread (in the description) were not carried over. Most were not simply because we have dropped or not updated our implementation of the related concept. e.g.

##queue_hours## - Weekly Business Hours this Queue is Staffed (default or SLA override)

If there is enough demand, feel free to leave feedback in the original forum post about which ones are "must have" and we will attempt to include those.

Thanks.
