Requested by Pancho: http://www.cerb4.com/forums/showpost.php?p=3641&postcount=4
Pancho requests ability to sort by a second column (so that all the SLA=x items could be sub-sorted by date). I would suggest rather than specifying a second sort, to use the previous sort where logical / available.
While it wouldn't make sense where multiples are unlikely (primary datetime sort), sorting by date first, then by SLA and having the resulting list grouped by sorted SLA, then sorted by date within that grouping would be a nice feature.
This could be prohibitively complicated, though.

It might be more useful if we think of it a different way.
Why not have a global or per-user preference for sort order? In my case it would be "Updated date, descending order."
Then, in any situation where a custom sort order is applied, my global preference could be automatically applied as a secondary sort.
