Description

Steps:
1) Make sure that Helpdesk Assistant is on and then click over to the Configuration -> extensions section
2) Click on the 'Synchronize' help link under Points of Interest.

Result:
The tip that pops up covers or hides the 'Scan for plugin changes' button underneath itself.

Also upon clicking the help link the page is actually dragged down so the tip will appear at the top of the window viewport. It's the same effect you get from clicking an HTML anchor.

I've just checked several of the others as well, and they are also obstructing what they're supposed to be pointing at. (dashboardsearchcriteria, configmenu, and configmailrouting in addition to the original configextensionsrefresh)

Synchronize is no longer an issue, because it no longer exists.

It's up to the browser where to present these tips -- we're giving it a hint.
