Configuration -> scheduler does not have a custom Assist Mode help message

 Description   
The Helpdesk Assistant for 'scheduler' displays the same help information you get from going to the top level 'configuration' menu. Every other sub-navigation menu gets its own custom message so it seems to be missing for the 'scheduler'.

Steps:
1) Make sure Helpdesk Assistant is on and then click on 'configuration' and observe what the Assist Mode help says
2) Click on 'scheduler' in the sub-navigation menu

Result:
Assist Mode help says the same thing.
