 Description   
Just noticed this morning that adding a note to a ticket does not affect the spamminess thereof. Logically, if we go to the trouble of adding a note to a ticket, it's not going to be spam.

Logically, on one hand, sure. On the other hand, it doesn't logically make sense to check every ticket's status for spam logic when adding a note through a minimalistic Ajax request.
