Description

If a user types a username instead of an email address for the installer-set worker, and doesn't choose a password, then an emailed password cannot be sent to them and they cannot login.

If, or when, it's fixed in the installer, we can close this really old issue where it was written up originally (this was back in the early 4.x days). CHD-626
