Corrected typo for easier searching: "personal signature for worke[r]s"

This is something that we depended on in version 3.6 going to V4 and you've dropped it!

We used to carry our personal email addresses / contact numbers on these footers or add custom quotes

WE just purchased 4.1 and planned on purchasing 2 more licenses for other companies, but we were shocked to find this feature missing. We desperately need this feature yesterday! Also custom views in the old cerberus is very nice and important!

Filing this here since it's the most natural fit for the moment. User is looking for a phone number token (or field) to add to their worker signatures. I'm not sure if we'd go the personal signature route so you wouldn't necessarily need tokens. OR add a phone field into the worker accounts for a #phone# token, OR ...

Custom Signatures is imperative to properly help our customers understand who they are receiving information for. We have scripting, domains, legal, etc, who all need to keep in direct contact with the customer.

I would appreciate having this feature added in. It's creating a bottleneck of our workload because all our customers receive the same signature and we then have to spend a few minutes researching who told them that or directing them to the proper department. You multiply that by 40 calls a day per worker, and we have over 100 workers, we're wasting time.

Please add this. We're not below bribing with chocolates.

I think this would be best addressed with more fields - possibly custom fields that could be inserted into the signature so that it is still manged by admin and all signatures will be uniform with what they display.

That would be doable if you could add custom fields to autoreplies, email templates, etc. Example #cf_custom_field_name#.

While researching for him, I found several ideas for personalized signatures, but if we go with worker custom fields that sounds like the ultimate solution. I'm going to link them for now so we can later merge them if need be.

Personal Signatures have been possible since 5.0 with the addition of Snippets and Custom worker fields however there isn't an easy way for a User to change his personal signature. Wanted to add a note.

Updated title to reflect the request for users to be able to create / edit there own signatures. Personal signatures have been an option since 5.0 but only admin can edit them.
