 Description

If the Support Center has only one contact situation it gets ignored and new mail sent from the Support Center is sent to the default address.

If a second contact situation is added, then this bug disappears and all mail is routed correctly.

[QA additional details]

Steps:
1) Create a new Support Center community tool.
2) Add one contact situation and specify a different "deliver to" e-mail address.
3) Install the community tool and go to the site.
4) Open a new ticket as the "customer".
5) Check the ticket in the Helpdesk and verify the TO address.

Result:
The TO address you specified is replaced by the default Helpdesk address.

Note:
As stated by the customer, once you add a second contact situation the custom address will be used. This change will affect all contact situations even the first one which was technically broken.

This is broken functionality so I'm bumping this to "Must Have" and filing it under Milestone #19.

The root cause looks to be the same. With one contact situation, all open tickets through the Support Center use the default values instead of the ones you specify during setup; "reason for contacting" and "deliver to".

Verified fixed in stable build 791. (Appears to have been fixed sometime ago however.)
