Summary:
When you normally filter out buckets by checking off individual ones you get a view of the tickets in the checked buckets. However if you for instance uncheck all the buckets and refresh you see all the tickets as if you'd checked off all the buckets. It seems to not make sense logically, then again whether it's ever of any realistic concern or practical value is slim.
Steps:
1) From the tickets dashboard click 'organize' (if you aren't there already)
2) Under Group Filters click the 'In these buckets' radio button
3) Check off all available buckets, click refresh, and observe the tickets displayed
4) Click clear to uncheck all buckets, click refresh and observe the tickets displayed
Result:
The list of tickets is the same whether you search all buckets or none.

This is absolutely intentional. What would the function be of filtering for no buckets?
