I think if is not exist yet, can be done by detect IP address and get the country assigned to and then based on country have an automatic reply. If not exist now, can be a good feature.

If we move auto-replies into something like the template system, then a consequence of the routing rules (or inbox filters) could be sending the appropriate e-mail template.
This makes sense for different languages, or sending a specific message after-hours or on weekends, or depending on SLA, etc.
