Description

If you submit a reply to a ticket which is like (http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/secure/CreateIssue.jspa) the link in the ticket view will become http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/secure/CreateIssue.jspa) - so when you click on it you get a 404 error instead of the expected page.

Verified fixed as of dev build 797.

Any URLs enclosed in parentheses, whether in a message going into or out of the Helpdesk, appear properly on-screen. The hyperlink will link to the proper URL as intended as well.
